  Musical instrument: Oboe and chamber music for wind instruments

Biography:

He completed his musical studies at the "J. Tomadini" Conservatory of Udine, achieving in 1981, under the guidance of M ° Vladimiro Cambruzzi, the Oboe diploma with honors. He carried out an intense activity; chamber music in various formations obtaining premiere in different competitions. In 1986 he collaborated with the orchestra of the "Carlo Felice" theater in Genoa as I ° Oboe. In 1988 he won the competition for the place of Oboe and English Horn at the Teatro alla Scala Orchestra becoming part of the Scala Philharmonic Orchestra. Since then he has taken part in concerts, recorded and tours; and in most; important sale of the world with the orchestra of the Theater and the Philharmonic, collaborating with most; important conductors: D. Barenboim, R. Chailly, M.W. Chung, V. Gergiev, C.M. Giulini, L. Maazel, Z. Mehta, R. Muti, S. Ozawa, G. Pretre, W. Sawallisch ... and more; prestigious soloists. Since 2001 he has covered the role of English Horn in the Orchestra of the Teatro and the Filarmonica della Scala. He has collaborated with the National Orchestra of Santa Cecilia in Rome, with the Rome Opera House, with the Mozart Orchestra conducted by C. Abbado and with the Stuttgarter Philharmoniker. Currently in addition to the activity; with the Orchestra he holds the teaching role at the Teatro alla Scala Academy of Arts and Crafts for orchestral training as a teacher of English Horn.
